In the comfort of your home, I provide first-class injury rehabilitation, exercise therapy, and recovery. I will bring all exercise & therapy equipment, I even bring a massage table!

Urgent-Care Athletic Therapy

If emergency, off-hours therapy is needed I do my best to come as soon as possible. Starting at $179 +HST for 60 minutes.

30-60 minute live guided mobility classes offered in person or online through Zoom. Class includes a biweekly survey to ensure classes are meeting your team needs. Classes can be taken live or recorded for participants to view later.
